I bought a Kipling bag while traveling abroad. On the return trip one of the wheels started to shred. One trip later, two more wheels. Dont bother with customer service. If you bought the bag abroad, too bad. They were no help whatsoever. Basically told me, too bad. Fortunately you can buy replacement wheel kits from Amazon that actually WORK! (dont buy from Kipling. Same *** quality at an outrageous price). I paid over 400.00 for a suit case that failed day one. Buyer beware!!!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I finally got a response after using this site. They provided me with the reasons for the constant cancellations and were timely with their emails whereas when I was emailing straight from customer service, I would wait hours for a response.

Been trying to purchase for months. My orders keep getting cancelled. Ive made several different accounts but the issue remains the same. Im not even able to figure out what the issue is because the numbers provided on the Kipling website do not work and when I send an email, the furthest place in communication I can reach is sending my order number before Im redirected to another person and sent back to square 1.

Tried several different phone numbers listed. They all connect you with a medical device agent of which I have no interest I am just attempting to exchange a handbag I purchased as I am not happy with the color.

Two days latter i got an e-mail saying that my order was delay and had no date to be shipped Since I was not going to be in the US anymore I tried to cancel the order but the phone Number informed does not work and they do not give alternatives Please cancel my order and give my money back

Kipling scam websites

I placed an order for a Kipling bag from a genuine looking Kipling website called kiplingaustralia-au.com. I paid $106.08 AUD and my credit card was charged by another genuine looking website called secureseyes.com from Hong Kong. I actually received today a cheap pair of sunglasses. I suspect both of these websites are scams. I have done further research and found several websites impersonating Kipling Bags. You need to be aware that websites impersonating one of your companies is damaging your reputation and business. Kind Regards

Lein still on car in va and that's NOT correct!

I sold my car to my nephew and his then girlfriend tore title up. For unrelated, he went jail for almost 2 yrs. After he got out and we go to get a duplicate title, they said there was a lein from yall on my tiitle. How would I have got my title back if I had not paid infull? It's been a nightmare. It was from loan max on piney forest rd in danville va. PLEASE HELP ME ?

I want a replacement Kipling red rolling backpack WL4759-6CQ. One of the wheels stopped turning.

This is the most expensive rolling backpack I have ever bought and one wheel stopped turning. I have spent 3 hours trying to find something stuck in the wheel.

There is nothing. The wheel itself is malfunctioning. All the cheap rolling backpacks I've bought never gave me wheel problems.

I am shocked that this expensive Kipling backpack WL4759-6CQ performs so badly in less than one year. I want a replacement Kipling red rolling backpack WL4759-6CQ.
